Hi Dale, thank you so much for posting this video as the instructions are unhelpful to say the least!! Unfortunately I didn’t see your video until after we filled the pool… we installed on level ground but we placed patio blocks underneath each leg which are 2 inches high. Now the pool is filled and the sides are (somewhat) bowed. We are debating whether we should empty it and start over with thinner blocks, or to live with it this summer… what’s your view?

How often do you brush the pool?

If you set the pump to the play setting, does both filter work at the same time the spheres and sand ?? I just bought the pool and haven’t set up mine. It comes with the same type of pump.

Ugh, a couple of the polls around one side of my pool are leaning towards the deeper end (started out about 2 inches unlevel and now it’s like 4 to 5 inches unlevel, but the polls are leaning towards the deep end…. Every time I get in, I think to myself is today going to be the day that it collapses and shoots me out the side.

Thank you so much for this information!! We were so worried about the sides bowing in and soon as the water filled all the way up it pushed the sides of our pool out and they are straight as ever now!!! Thanks again for making this video it helped us so much!!!!

Hello.I watched your video.We bought Intex filter pump SX 1500..and we done all what u told..And when we put filter on mode..the low flow is!Why that’s happening??We done backwash..rinse and all that!Please help!!!Thank U!!!!

I'm used to running my regular filter pumps 24/7. Can I run the this exact sand filter 24/7 also? I have a 20x52 round Intex pool.

Just purchased this set… So does the Skimmer stay in all the time? There's no explanation with the set what the skimmer is for and when to use… Forgive my ignorance.

When setting up the pool for the first time do you do this first or after you’ve added all of your chemicals?

I just purchased a 4 pack of the Intex/bestway solar mats. I got them all hooked up, and now the pump that came with my pool (same size as yours) and same original pump doesn't work. I wanted to upgrade to a better/stronger pump, but I found out that I'll ruin the mats if I exceed 2500 GPH. Do you recommend just buying a new replacement pump (1000 GPH) or see if i can upgrade it? TIA!

I’m just glad I’m not the only dad that sometimes doesn’t have time for everything . I feel bad letting my pool go because my kids are in sports that feels like 24/7!
